I, Rohit Tripathi, a lifelong Vegetarian decided to get fit and healthy around 3 years ago, when I used to be extremely skinny. At my gym, and also in my friend circle I was tired of hearing that I won’t succeed if I don’t start eating eggs of meat. But, I was reluctant and continued my journey as a Vegetarian and Finally succeeded. I researched deeply on the internet, found other vegetarian bodybuilders and consulted them and built a completely genius diet plan of my own. One which works every time for every Bodybuilding Schedule. As of 2016, I am a complete vegan and have given up milk and milk products. I never ate eggs to begin with.
But, I always wanted to be able to share and promote veganism and vegetarianism with my friends. That’s when, Me and Sam Sidhu (Co-Founder) decided to start a website and share our recipes, tips and everything else with the world.
